Orders
Whether given to our representative or sent direct to us, are accepted conditionally upon our stocks enabling us to supply and at the price ruling on the day of despatch. Except where contracts have been placed.
New customers will be supplied on a C.O.D. basis only. Requests for monthly credit facilities should be accompanied by two trade and one bank reference.

Delivered Orders
Minimum value £20.00. Please order before 4pm for next day delivery Monday - Saturday.
Answer phone orders will be sent on the first available van but next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Errors for crediting should be entered on the invoice when signing for receipt of delivery.

Statements
Statements are rendered monthly. Accounts due strictly net on the 20th of each month following delivery. All cheques should be made payable to Manor House Produce Ltd and sent to us at the address on your statement. Any overdue accounts will attract interest charged at 2% p.c.m.

Consignments
Consignments are sent out in perfect condition and no claim will be considered for goods out of condition unless they are returned to us for inspection. Our driver will issue a receipt. Claims for damage, loss etc. cannot be entertained where a clear signature has been given on the invoice. In any event no complaints recognised unless received within 24 hours of delivery.

Title of Goods
Title to all goods supplied remains with Manor House Produce Ltd.
